About the Product

 

The Light Link® Direct PM410 Series ONU provides a complete customer premises Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) solution. The PM410 is a point-to-multipoint (P2MP) integrated broadband access gateway for "Triple Play" communication services to the home or business. Cable television, High Speed Data and Telephony services are supported in one ergonomically-designed package that functions over only one shared single-mode optical fibre core. 

 

The Light Link® Direct PM410 Series is designed to operate in a shared fibre environment with up to 64 units (32 with CATV overlay) per Passive Optical Network (PON). The compact design, complete with fibre management tray, has been customised for ease of installation as a stand-alone unit on a shelf or desktop, or wall-mounted inside a wiring closet.

 

The CATV module incorporates an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) circuit to maintain a constant RF output level over an input optical power range of -8 dBm to +0 dBm. The CATV status can be monitored and controlled by management software.

 

Light Link Direct® PM410 integrated access devices include comprehensive management features for Quality of Service, to ensure the performance of priority voice and video traffic. Pre-integration into PBN’s EPON Provisioning Service Management software allows end-to-end lifecycle management of the unit.
 

Snap-On Fibre Organiser

In today's competitive environment it is important to save time and hassle during installation and troubleshooting of subscriber problems. Therefore, PBN designed a unique fibre organiser which will help manage excess fibre during installation to avoid subsequent problems due to improper installation. The PBN PM410 fibre organiser can be used as snap-on to the unit itself in both desktop and wall-mount installation, as well as a stand-alone tray (with cover included).

• CATV module incorporates an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) circuit to maintain a level effective output voltage over -8 to 0 dBm optical input power and can be turned on/off via management software.
• IPv6 supported.
• Optional SIP VoIP function with two POTS ports.
