AMCP1315 - Broadband Optical Receiver

 
Description

The AMCP1315 indoor optical node has been designed to receive and convert optical signals with wavelengths of either 1200 nm to 1600 nm to radio frequency (RF) signals of 45 MHz to 870 MHz.

The plug-in return path laser modules and diplexers provide an extremely versatile optical node capable of two-way communications for DOCSIS HFC or Video on Demand (VoD) applications.

The AMCP1315's compact size and superior optical and RF performance provides the ideal choice for indoor optical nodes.

There is an optional RLM return path module with 4.5 MHz pilot tone and FSK status monitoring. The pilot based FSK is compatible with the RPQRM return receiver module and makes the node status available through via SNMP and HTTP monitoring.

The rugged aluminum housing provides excellent RF screening and exceptional heat dissipation, allowing lower operating temperatures.

  • Sufficient output level to directly feed up to 32 television points in most apartment blocks. More with line extender amplifiers.

  • Designed to meet AS/NZS 3108, IEC 742 and UL 506 standards.
