The Data-Over-Cable-Service-Interface-Specification (DOCSIS) is important for supporting the communication and operation of equipment for the delivery of broadband data services over HFC networks.

PBN offers a range of optical transmitters and receivers, including RF cross-connects and many other items for DOCSIS deployments.

PBN’s equipment puts the DOCSIS RF signals on an optical fibre, and at the remote end converts it back to RF.
