Customer Care

Customer care is a major focal point for the company.  PBN operates a service department from Australia and China.  The core task of the service department is to ensure that services are restored promptly and any inconvenience to the customer is kept to an absolute minimum.

PBN offers two levels of customer support and maintenance - Factory Repairs or Field Maintenance. The factory repair section is located at our premises in Australia and China.  The facilities handles product warranty and upgrade activities. The Field Maintenance section provides customers with onsite support - typically in accordance with a specific customer contract service level agreement.
